For over a decade, Cheryl worked with Fortune 500 brands and NGOs to unleash their creativity and empathy skills to create breakthrough business solutions. She specialises in product service CX design and retail ops.
COCO LAB ® workshops help companies solve challenges on product and service innovation, sustainablility, social and intersectionality cohesion, online UX design, market disruption, brand 2nd life, key influencers, inter-department cohesion through empathy and creativity based business solutions tools.
Cheryl is Director of Innovation at UNIDO Shanghai Global Science & Technology Innovation Network and volunteer GM of Albatross Foundation which promotes sustainable development.
